Heifer’s commitment to impoverished rural communities in Ukraine includes assistance to people who have suffered from disasters, either man-made or natural. As it is unknown when, where, or how destructive a disaster will be, Heifer International Ukraine implements Disaster Rehabilitation Program to support communities that are directly affected by disaster. HPI is as committed to disaster rehabilitation as to other its program directions.

The program will provide hope and assurance that Heifer will be there with them jointly struggling with the consequences of disaster. We are committed to those, whose home and livelihoods have been destroyed.
